Minor Injuries Sustained in San Jose Car Accident on 680 Freeway near Berryessa Road On-Ramp
San Jose, California (April 28, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a multi-vehicle collision that occurred Tuesday afternoon in San Jose, resulting in minor injuries.
The California Highway Patrol said the pileup was reported at about 1:53 p.m. on northbound 680 Freeway, just north of Berryessa Road on-ramp.
Four vehicles collided for unknown reasons, blocking some traffic lanes.
The report said the pileup left an unknown number of motorists with minor injuries. An ambulance was dispatched to the scene to offer the victims medical aid.
The Nos. 3, 4 and 5 lanes remained blocked for an unknown duration as authorities investigated.
