Major Injuries Sustained in San Jose Motorcycle Accident on Highway 85 and Camden Avenue

San Jose, California (January 8, 2020) – Major injuries were sustained after a motorcycle collision on Tuesday afternoon in the area of San Jose, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision happened at around 4:49 p.m. Tuesday, January 7, on southbound Highway 85, just south of Camden Avenue.
As per the CHP officials, a motorcycle and a vehicle crashed for unknown reasons. The rider was lying down in the lanes following the crash.

An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the injured parties. The number of patients and their current condition was not immediately released.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
The vehicles were blocking lane 1 and 2 following the crash. All lanes were opened as of 5:47 p.m.
