At Least 1 Killed in Highway 85 Accident at Union Avenue in San Jose
San Jose, California (June 16, 2020) – Authorities are investigating a fatal multi-vehicle crash that happened Monday night on a highway in San Jose.
According to a report released by the California Highway Patrol, four vehicles collided at about 11:36 p.m. on southbound Highway 85 under Union Avenue.
First responders found a silver Scion, a BMW M6 and two other cars at the crash scene.
Authorities said at least one person was killed in the accident.
Southbound Highway 85 remained closed as officers investigated.
