Man Killed in San Jose Accident at North White Road and Gion Avenue
San Jose, California (April 14, 2020) – A man was killed in a two-vehicle accident on Monday afternoon in the Alum Rock neighborhood of San Jose, according to San Jose police.
The crash was reported at about 4:20 p.m. April 13, at North White Road and Gion Avenue.
According to the report, a black 2017 Nissan Rogue was heading south on White Road when it tried to make a left turn onto Gion Avenue and was struck by a green 2002 Volkswagen Passat. The Passat was heading south on the northbound side of White Road.
The force of the collision caused the Volkswagen to overturn and it crashed into parked vehicles.

The driver of the Volkswagen was killed in the crash.
The Nissan’s driver stayed at the scene and reportedly cooperated with the police.
The San Jose Police Department is investigating the crash.
