Rider Killed in San Jose Bicycle Accident near South White Road and Rose Avenue
San Jose, California (September 21, 2020) – A bicyclist was struck and killed by a vehicle Sunday night in the Florence Court neighborhood of San Jose, according to authorities.
The deadly bicycle accident happened at about 11:00 p.m. Sunday, September 20, near the intersection of South White Road and Rose Avenue.
Authorities said the bicyclist was hit by a vehicle for unknown reasons near the intersection.
Deadly Bicycle Crash in Florence Court
The bicyclist died in the crash. The name of the victim was withheld pending notification of family.
The driver involved stopped at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
