Two Injured in Financial District Pedestrian Accident at Montgomery and Clay Streets

San Francisco, California (March 21, 2019) – An accident left a pedestrian and a bicyclist injured on Tuesday morning in the Financial District neighborhood in San Francisco, according to the police.
The incident was reported around 8:22 a.m. March 19, at Montgomery and Clay streets.
Police said a 61-year-old man was riding a bike on Clay Street when he struck a 57-year-old woman who was attempting to cross the street. Impact ejected the rider and threw him onto the ground.
Pedestrian and Bicyclist Hurt in San Francisco Accident
Both the pedestrian and the rider were treated for non-life-threatening injuries as a result of the accident.
Police are investigating to determine the cause of the accident.
