Bicyclist Injured, Driver Arrested after San Francisco Crash at Ninth and Mission Streets

San Francisco, California (April 14, 2020) – A bicyclist was injured in a crash that led to the arrest of a suspected hit-and-run driver on Saturday afternoon in the South of Market neighborhood of San Francisco, according to police.
The crash was reported at around 4:45 p.m. April 11, at Ninth and Mission streets.
According to the report, a 49-year-old man was riding a bicycle in the area when he was hit by a vehicle driven by a 32-year-old man.
The driver of the vehicle fled the scene but he was located and arrested by the police.
Rider Injured in San Francisco Bicycle Collision
The rider was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
No further details were released.
The crash is under investigation.
