17-Year-Old Boy Injured in San Diego Scooter Crash on Truxtun Road in Midway
San Diego, California (February 2, 2019) – A teen was injured when he was hit by a vehicle while riding a scooter on Friday night in the Midway neighborhood.
According to the San Diego Police Department, the crash took place just before 9:10 p.m. February 1.
Police said a 17-year-old boy was riding a scooter southbound in the west sidewalk when a 2016 land Rover traveling north struck him.
The boy was transported to a hospital with multiple leg fractures
The police are investigating the incident.
