Man In His 30s Killed in San Diego Pedestrian Accident on 805 Freeway near Highway 52
San Diego, California (January 26, 2019) – A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle Thursday evening in San Diego, according to a local news source.
The deadly accident happened at an unspecified time Thursday, January 24 on the Interstate 805 Freeway near westbound Highway 52.
As per the report, the pedestrian, only identified as a man in his 30s, was hit by a vehicle on the northbound lanes of Interstate 805.
Paramedics responded to the scene and performed CPR on the man, but he did not survive and was declared dead at the scene. His name has not been released pending identification and notification of his relatives.
Authorities are investigating the accident.
