San Diego, California (May 6, 2019) – Possible injuries were sustained after a multi-vehicle crash early Monday morning in San Diego, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The crash happened at around 12:52 a.m. Monday, on southbound 805 Freeway, south of El Cajon Boulevard.

As per the CHP officials, three vehicles crashed for unknown reasons.

An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the parties possibly injured in the crash. The number of victims and their current condition was not immediately known.

Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.

Authorities blocked the lanes following the crash.
