Minor Injuries Sustained in San Diego DUI Crash on Interstate 15 at Highway 56
San Diego, California (February 15, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a DUI traffic crash that happened early Monday morning in San Diego, resulting in minor injuries.
The two-vehicle crash occurred just after 1:00 a.m. on southbound Interstate 15 at Highway 56.
According to CHP, the accident left an unknown number of parties with minor injuries.
The report also said that alcohol or drugs were a factor in the crash but did not give more details.
CHP said a two-vehicle hit-and-run collision with property damage only also occurred at the same scene.
An investigation into the collisions is ongoing.
