San Bernardino, California (November 4, 2020) – 3-year-old Richard “Richie” Martinez has been identified as the kid who was hospitalized with critical injuries after being involved in an alleged hit-and-run traffic collision Saturday night in San Bernardino.

The major injury crash happened in the area of 35th Street and North Sierra Way at about 8:15 p.m. October 31.
