San Bernardino, CA: Toddler Struck, Critically Injured by Hit-and-Run Driver on 35th Street
3-Year-Old Boy in Critical Condition after San Bernardino Pedestrian Accident at 35th Street and North Sierra Way

San Bernardino, California (November 4, 2020) – A toddler was critically injured after being struck by a hit-and-run motorist while trick-or-treating on Halloween night in San Bernardino, authorities said.
The accident happened a little before 8:15 p.m. Saturday, October 31, near the intersection of 35th Street and North Sierra Way.
According to the authorities, a 3-year-old boy had just stepped off the sidewalk as he was trick-or-treating with his mother and two brothers when a vehicle hit him.
The boy sustained critical injuries and was taken to a local hospital. He is currently in stable condition, authorities said.
The driver involved did not stop to render aid to the boy and fled the scene. The suspect’s vehicle was described as a silver Toyota Camry.
Authorities are still looking for the hit-and-run driver.
The crash remains under investigation. Anyone with any information on the suspect’s whereabouts is asked to contact the San Bernardino Police Department.
