San Bernardino, California (July 8, 2019) – Two persons were injured after a traffic crash Sunday night in the area of San Bernardino, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The crash happened at around 11:41 p.m. Sunday, July 7, on 215 Freeway and Little League Drive.

As per the CHP officials, four vehicles including a white Toyota sedan collided for unknown reasons. The Toyota driver was pinned inside the car following the crash.

An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to two persons hurt in the crash. The names of patients and their current condition were not immediately known.

Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.

The Toyota was facing sideways and blocking the whole freeway following the crash.

Authorities blocked all lanes as a result of the crash. The roadway was cleared as of 1:06 a.m.

No additional details concerning this crash were provided.

An investigation is ongoing.
