San Bernardino, CA: Fatal Two-Vehicle Crash at Highland Avenue and Sierra Way; Kortni Vinson Injured
1 Killed, 3 Injured in San Bernardino Car Accident

San Bernardino, California (January 18, 2019) – One person was killed and three other people were injured early Friday morning in a traffic accident at an intersection in San Bernardino, according to a local news source.
The tragic collision was reported at about 12:15 a.m. at the intersection of Highland Avenue and Sierra Way and involved two vehicles.
According to police, Kortni Vinson, 26, of Rialto, was driving a Dodge Caliber northbound on Sierra Way when she allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection with Highland Avenue.
The Dodge then hit a westbound Chrysler 200.
Responding paramedics declared the driver of the Chrysler dead at the scene while two other occupants in the vehicle were injured.
Vinson and her two passengers were all taken to a hospital in unknown condition. The names of the deceased and the injured victims have not been disclosed.
Authorities believed that Vinson was under the influence of alcohol when the crash occurred.
