San Bernardino, California (May 22, 2019) – Minor injuries were sustained after a multi-vehicle collision Tuesday evening in the area of San Bernardino, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The crash happened at around 5:12 p.m. Tuesday, May 21, on 10 Freeway, west of Eureka Street.
As per the report, three vehicles including a semi-truck crashed for unknown reasons.

Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
