1 Killed in San Bernardino Head-On Accident on Highway 95 at Vidal Junction
Stockton, California (September 5, 2020) – One person died, and another one was injured following a head-on collision that took place Friday afternoon in Stockton, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The fatal two-vehicle accident happened at approximately 4:36 p.m. along Highway 95 at the Vidal Junction.
As per the report, a Mercedes sedan collided head-on with a Chevrolet Tahoe along the highway for reasons still under investigation.

One person was pronounced dead at the scene. Pending notification of next of kin, the identity of the deceased remained undisclosed.
A second unidentified person survived with unspecified injuries and was flown to Desert Regional Medical Center for further medical aid.
The wreck resulted in the closure of both the northbound and southbound lanes for about three hours as investigation and clean-up took place.
