San Andreas, CA: CHP Investigating Fatal Crash on Highway 12
At Least 1 Dead in Highway 12 Car Collision at Burson Road in San Andreas
San Andreas, California (October 4, 2019) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a car crash that happened Friday morning in San Andreas, leaving one person dead.
According to CHP, the accident occurred at around 9:03 a.m. Highway 12 at Burson Road.
Two vehicles collided and went off the roadway into a pasture.
One person was possibly trapped in one of the cars.
Cal Fire responded to the scene.
Authorities said at least one person sustained fatal injuries and died in the crash.
Both vehicles were towed away from the scene.
The cause of the crash and the responsible party will be determined when authorities conclude their investigation.
