Fontana, California (October 28, 2019) – Sada Fair, 31, of Ontario, has been identified as the woman who died early Saturday morning in a traffic accident that happened in Fontana, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner.

The deadly crash took place at around 1:23 a.m. Saturday, October 26 on State Route 210 Freeway, just west of Sierra Avenue.

Authorities said Fair was driving a blue Dodge Neon on the westbound State Route 210 Freeway when for an unknown reason, the Dodge collided with a dark-colored sedan in the fast lane near the center median.

The sedan sustained minimal damage and had its airbags deployed. The Dodge was completely totaled with its passenger side crushed in.

Emergency crews responded to the scene and found Fair not responsive. She was declared dead at the scene at 1:45 a.m.

The sedan driver stopped at the scene and was cooperating with the CHP officers.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
