Rider Dies in Sacramento County Motorcycle Accident at Ione and Meiss Roads
Sacramento County, California (June 20, 2020) – A motorcyclist was killed in a traffic accident Saturday at an intersection in east Sacramento County, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The deadly crash happened at about noon at the intersection of Ione and Meiss Roads.
According to the CHP, the motorcyclist collided with a vehicle at the Sacramento County intersection for unknown reasons.

The motorcyclist died at the scene. The name of the victim has not been disclosed pending notification of next of kin.
No one else was injured in the crash.
Drugs or alcohol were not considered a factor in the crash.
The accident remains under investigation.
