Sacramento, California (June 7, 2021) – A traffic collision involving a motorcycle in Sacramento Friday afternoon resulted in major injuries, the California Highway Patrol said.

The motorcycle crash happened at Watt Avenue and Wellington Drive at about 3:00 p.m. on June 4.

The accident involved a dark green Jeep that crashed with a motorcycle at the intersection for undetermined reasons.

Due to the impact the bike acquired major damage and had to be towed away from the scene.
