Man Killed in Sacramento Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 80 Off-Ramp to Raley Boulevard
Sacramento, California (November 18, 2020) – A pedestrian died after being struck by a vehicle early Wednesday morning in Sacramento, according to a local news source.
The deadly pedestrian accident occurred at about 1:40 a.m. on the off-ramp from Interstate 80 to Raley Boulevard, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The CHP said the pedestrian was hit by a vehicle for unknown reasons on the roadway.

The victim, only identified as a male adult, was pronounced dead at the scene. His name was withheld pending notification of family.
The driver involved stopped at the scene and cooperated with the police.
Authorities believed poor weather conditions might have contributed to the accident.
All lanes of Interstate 80 westbound at Raley Boulevard were closed due to the crash.
The accident remains under investigation.
