At Least 1 Injured in Sacramento Car Crash on Capital City Freeway

Sacramento, California (April 25, 2019) – One person was transported to a hospital following a traffic collision that occurred on the Capital City Freeway in Sacramento on Thursday morning, according to a local news source.
The incident was reported at about 6:20 a.m. on the freeway just south of the Exposition Boulevard exit.
According to CHP, at least two vehicles were involved. One of them rolled onto its side following the crash and trapped one person inside.

The firefighters extricated the trapped victim and transported them to a hospital for treatment of unknown injuries.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
