Possible Injuries Reported after Sacramento Car Accident on Interstate 80 at West El Camino Avenue
Sacramento, California (February 21, 2019) – Possible injuries were reported Thursday morning following a traffic collision in Sacramento, the California Highway Patrol said.
The crash was reported just after 8:00 a.m. on Interstate 80 Crash at West El Camino Avenue and involved ten vehicles
Details on how the collision happened were not immediately available, but the CHP said one of the vehicles involved, a truck, sustained major front-end damage in the crash.
Possible injuries were reported.
As of 8:45 a.m. at least three tow trucks were dispatched to the scene.
All lanes of westbound traffic between West El Camino Avenue and Reed Avenue were shut down as the CHP officers investigated the accident.
The CHP said all lanes were reopened just before 9:00 a.m.
The crash remains under investigation.
