Possible Injuries in Sacramento Car Accident on Highway 50 near Interstate 5
Sacramento, California (July 6, 2020) – Possible injuries were reported in a traffic accident involving at least four vehicles in Sacramento Monday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the multi-vehicle crash occurred shortly before 5:50 a.m. on westbound Highway 50, just east of Interstate 5.
The accident began when a Toyota pickup truck slammed into the center divider and hit several other vehicles. The force of the impact caused the truck to roll over.

Firefighters along with the paramedics responded to the scene to render aid to those who might have sustained injuries following the accident.
Three lanes of Highway 50 were shut down as a result of the crash.
No further details about the accident were immediately provided.
