Sacramento, CA: Multi-Vehicle Collision on Highway 99 near Highway 50
Minor Injuries Sustained in Highway 99 Car Collision near Highway 50 in Sacramento
Sacramento, California (October 1, 2019) – Minor injuries were sustained in a car accident that happened Tuesday morning in Sacramento, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The collision occurred at about 6:20 a.m. on southbound Highway 99, just north of Highway 50.
CHP said a total of five vehicles were involved in the collision.
Firefighters alongside paramedics responded to the scene and confirmed that minor injuries were sustained in the collision.
Authorities closed some lanes of the highway for an unknown period following the crash.
CHP is investigating the collision.
