Minor Injuries Suffered in Sacramento Collision on Highway 99 at 12th Avenue Off-Ramp
Sacramento, California (June 3, 2021) – Minor injuries were sustained in a multi-vehicle pileup that happened Wednesday afternoon in Sacramento, as per the California Highway Patrol.
Authorities received reports about the accident at around 4:14 p.m. on Highway 99 at 12th Avenue off-ramp.
At the time of the report, authorities had not yet established why three vehicles, including a semi-truck, collided in the northbound lanes of the accident.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene and confirmed that minor injuries were sustained in the collision. The number of patients, however, was not mentioned.
Northbound traffic was blocked for an unknown period following the pileup.
