1 Hospitalized after Sacramento Crash on Highway 99 near Fruitridge Road
Sacramento, California (December 24, 2019) – One person was injured after a traffic collision Monday afternoon in the area of Sacramento, according to authorities.
The collision happened at around 2:27 p.m. Monday, December 23, on Highway 99, just south of Fruitridge Road.
As per the CHP officials, four vehicles including a semi-truck were involved in the collision.
Minor Injury Crash on Highway 99 in Sacramento
An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the injured parties. One person complained of pain as a result of the crash and was taken to Kaiser Permanente Sacramento Medical Center for treatment.
The vehicles were towed away from the scene.
The vehicles blocked lane 1 following the crash.
