Minor Injuries Reported after Sacramento Motorcycle Accident on Highway 50 near 65th Street
Sacramento, California (February 22, 2019) – Minor injuries were reported after a motorcycle accident Friday afternoon in the area of Sacramento, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The collision happened at around 4:56 p.m. Friday, on Highway 50, just west of 65th Street.
As per the report, three vehicles including a motorcycle crashed for unknown reasons. The vehicles were blocking lanes 1 and 2 following the crash.
An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the injured parties. The number of victims and their current condition was not immediately known.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
No additional information concerning this incident was provided.
An investigation is ongoing.
