Sacramento, CA: At Least 1 Hurt After Multiple Vehicles Crash on Interstate 80 at Norwood Avenue

Sacramento, California (April 13, 2021)  The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of a multi-vehicle crash that happened in Sacramento Friday night, April 9.

The minor injury crash involving a gray Mitsubishi sedan, a white Chevrolet Suburban, a dark-colored compact car, a motorcycle, and a semi-truck occurred on Interstate 80 near the Norwood Avenue offramp shortly before 10:45 p.m. 

It was not immediately established how the collision occurred in the freeway’s eastbound side at the night hours.

At Least 1 Hurt in Sacramento Crash

At least one unidentified person sustained minor injuries following the mishap.

More details about the accident will be released immediately after the completion of the investigation.
