Sacramento, CA: Bicyclist Seriously Injured in Hit-and-Run Traffic Crash at Cal Center Drive and Manlove Road
1 Critically Hurt in Sacramento Hit-and-Run Bicycle Accident at Cal Center Drive and Manlove Road
Sacramento, California (October 9, 2019) – A bicyclist was transported to the hospital after being involved in an alleged hit-and-run traffic collision in the area of Sacramento late on Monday night, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The crash occurred at Cal Center Drive and Manlove Road near the location of 8909 Folsom Boulevard at around 10:05 p.m. on October 7.
The CHP said a black colored vehicle struck a bicycle rider at the intersection for an unknown reason .

The bicyclist suffered major spinal injuries as a result of the collision.
The victim was attended to by Sacramento Fire Department officials along with the paramedics and then rushed to UC Davis Medical Center for further treatment.
Meanwhile, the identity and the current condition of the injured party remain unknown to this time.
The driver involved did not stop to render aid after hitting the bicyclist and fled the scene.
The CHP is gathering more evidence to allocate the hit-and-run driver.
