Sacramento, CA: 2-Car Crash on Highway 99 and Sutterville Road
Minor Injuries Reported in Sacramento Car Accident on Highway 99 near Sutterville Road
Sacramento, California (February 7, 2019) – Minor injuries were reported after a two-vehicle collision Thursday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision happened at around 10:59 a.m. Thursday, on Highway 99 near Sutterville Road on-ramp, just south of 12th Street.
As per the CHP officials, two vehicles crashed for reasons still under investigation.
An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the injured parties. The number of victims and their current condition was not immediately known.
Debris was scattered in the slow lane following the collision.
The roadway was cleared as of 11:34 a.m.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
No additional information concerning was provided.
An investigation is ongoing.
