1 Injured in Sacramento Car Crash on Highway 51 near E Street
Sacramento, California (May 28, 2021) – One person was hospitalized after being injured in a two-vehicle collision in South Sacramento on Thursday night.
The accident happened along the northbound lanes of Highway 51 near E Street at about 6 p.m. May 27, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A silver Ford Explorer and a sedan were involved in the collision. However, the manner in which the accident happened, however, was not immediately established.
One person sustained minor injuries in the accident and was transported to UC Davies for treatment.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
The CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
