1 Injured in Sacramento Car Crash on 5 Freeway near Fruitridge Boulevard
Sacramento, California (February 2, 2021) – At least one person was injured in a car accident that happened in Sacramento on Tuesday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident happened at about 5:55 a.m. in the northbound lanes of Interstate 5 Freeway near Fruitridge Boulevard.
Two vehicles were reportedly involved in the collision. The manner in which the accident happened, however, was not immediately established.
The authorities said one person was injured in the crash and was transported to Kaiser Permanente South Sacramento Medical Center for treatment.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
