1 Hurt in Sacramento Car Accident at 42nd Street and Iowa Avenue

Sacramento, California (April 24, 2019) – At least one person was hurt in a traffic crash that involved two vehicles in Sacramento Monday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident was reported at about 5:44 p.m. April 22, in the area of 42nd Street and Iowa Avenue.
The accident happened when a silver Hyundai Elantra collided with a black BMW at the intersection for reasons still under investigation.

One party was reported to have suffered minor injuries following the accident. Paramedics along with the fire department officials who arrived at the scene shortly after the crash attended to the wounded victim. It was not revealed whether or not the injured party was transported to the hospital for further medication.
