Ruben Martinez-Casillas ID’d as Man Killed in Buellton Crash on Highway 246 near Domingos Road
Buellton, California (January 19, 2021) – Ruben Martinez-Casillas, 58, of Lompoc, has been identified as the man who was killed in a rollover accident on Thursday evening in Buellton, according to the coroner’s office.
The deadly single-vehicle accident happened at about 7:20 p.m., on January 14, in the eastbound lanes of Highway 246, just west of Domingos Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a vehicle operated by Martinez-Casillas crashed and rolled over on the highway in unclear circumstances.
As a result of the collision, Martinez-Casillas was reportedly ejected from the vehicle.

Sadly, Martinez-Casillas was pronounced dead at the scene.
