San Francisco, California (November 22, 2020) – 90-year-old Rosie Sogotis has been identified as the victim who was struck and seriously hurt by an alleged hit-and-run driver at an intersection in San Francisco last week on November 11.

The major injury pedestrian accident happened at Diamond Heights Boulevard and Duncan Street at approximately 3:12 p.m. Wednesday.

Sogotis was hit by a vehicle at the San Francisco intersection for undetermined reasons.

Sogotis was rushed to an area hospital by medical personnel for treatment of life-threatening injuries, including a right leg broken in three places.

The detectives handling the case are gathering more evidence to locate the involved driver who fled the scene after the wreck.
