Phelan, California (November 26, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol has released the name of the Long Beach victim who died after being struck by a vehicle on a highway in Phelan Tuesday night.
The deadly accident occurred on Highway 138 near Dusty Lane at approximately 11:27 p.m. November 24.
48-year-old Roscoe Chadwick was struck by a vehicle on the roadway for reasons still under investigation.
