Riverside, California (September 1, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of a car crash that occurred in Riverside on Monday afternoon.
The accident happened at about 2:25 p.m. August 31, on Interstate 215 Freeway near Blaine Street.
The authorities who responded to the incident found a Nissan Altima and a black Toyota RAV4 at the scene of the accident. However, the manner in which the accident happened was not immediately established.
As per the CHP incident logs, at least one person was injured in the accident and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
