Riverside Collision on 91 Freeway at Central Avenue Injures 1 Victim
Riverside, California (October 14, 2020) – One unidentified person was hospitalized with minor injuries after multiple vehicles collided Wednesday morning in Riverside.
The multi-vehicle crash was reported at about 10:40 a.m. on the eastbound 91 Freeway at Central Avenue.
The mishap happened when a white pickup heading on the freeway lost control and overturned for unknown reasons. The pickup then crashed with a Ford Escape SUV and a Ford Mustang.
3 Vehicles Involved in Riverside Accident
The pickup motorist sustained minor injuries following the wreck.
Paramedics responded to the crash site and rushed the victim to Riverside Community Hospital for further medication.
Officials closed down the HOV and No. 1 lanes as they investigated and cleared the scene.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
