Ripon, CA: Rider Injured in Motorcycle Collision on W Ripon Road and Austin Road

Ripon, California (July 27, 2021) – A motorcyclist was hospitalized after being involved in a traffic collision Monday night in Ripon.

The California Highway Patrol said the incident happened at around 9:55 p.m. on W Ripon Road and Austin Road.

A white Ford Mustang collided with a Harley-Davidson motorcycle under unclear circumstances.

The motorcycle and the rider went down after the first impact.

An ambulance responded to the scene and transported the rider to the hospital with minor injuries.

Both the motorcycle and the car were towed away from the scene.

CHP is investigating the accident.
