Minor Injuries Sustained in Richmond Motorcycle Accident on 80 Freeway near Hilltop Road

Richmond, California (July 2, 2019) – Authorities are investigating a minor injury collision that happened on Tuesday morning in the area of Richmond.
As per the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at around 6:38 a.m. Tuesday, on westbound 80 Freeway, just west of Hilltop Road.
Authorities said that that a motorcycle and a vehicle crashed for reasons yet to be determined.

Paramedics responded to the scene and attended to the injured parties. The number of victims and their current condition was not immediately known.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
No other information concerning this crash was provided.
