One Hospitalized after Rialto Car Crash on 10 Freeway near Riverside Avenue
Rialto, California (September 7, 2020) – One person was hospitalized early Sunday morning in a traffic accident on a freeway in Rialto, according to a local news source.
The crash was reported to the California Highway Patrol officers at about 12:23 a.m. on the Interstate 10 Freeway, just west of Riverside Avenue.
According to the CHP, a pickup truck collided with possibly two other vehicles in the eastbound lanes of the 10 Freeway.
After the impact, one of the vehicles crashed into the center divider.
Traffic Accident on Interstate 10 Freeway in Rialto
Emergency personnel responded to the scene and rendered aid to one person who sustained moderate injuries in the crash.
The patient was then taken to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center for treatment. The name of the victim and their condition were not immediately diclosed.
The accident remains under investigation.
