Reyna Cristobal ID’d as 47-Year-Old Woman Killed in Santa Ana Pedestrian Accident on First Street near Bewley Street
Santa Ana, California (April 17, 2021) – Reyna Bravo Cristobal, 47, was hit, and killed by a vehicle on Friday night in Santa Ana, according to the Orange County coroner’s office.
Just before 7:50 p.m. Friday, April 17, emergency personnel responded to First Street, just west of Bewley Street, to investigate the report of a pedestrian having been struck by a vehicle.
Authorities said a vehicle was traveling westbound on First Street when, for an unknown reason, it struck Cristobal who was crossing the street.
Reyna Cristobal Killed in Pedestrian Crash on First Street
Cristobal was transported by paramedics to a local hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries.
Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle involved in the crash stopped at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
Neither alcohol nor drugs were suspected factors in the fatal Santa Ana Pedestrian crash.
