Redwood City, California (December 12, 2019) – One person was killed in a pedestrian accident involving a SamTrans bus in Redwood City on Thursday morning.
According to a local news source, the accident happened on El Camino Real at James Avenue at about 8:45 a.m.
The authorities said a 70-year-old woman was walking near Caltrain’s Sequoia Station when she was hit by a SamTrans bus.
San Mateo County Transit District officials said the woman was killed in the accident.
