Redlands, CA: At Least 1 Seriously Injured in Car Crash on Interstate 10

Redlands, California (May 27, 2021) – At least one person suffered major injuries in a traffic crash that happened Wednesday night on a freeway in Redlands, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The accident happened at around 9:05 p.m. on westbound Interstate 10 near Cypress Avenue.

A 2012 Toyota Camry collided with a small sedan under unclear circumstances.

Firefighters responded to the scene and blocked some traffic lanes.

The report said at least one person whose legs were hit in the crash sustained major injuries. An ambulance was sent to the scene to transport the patient to the hospital.

Authorities are investigating to establish the cause of the collision.
