Redding, California (May 20, 2019) – One person was hospitalized after a two-vehicle collision Sunday night in the area of Redding, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The crash happened at around 9:14 p.m. Sunday, May 19, at Oak Run Road and Teri-Rand Lane.
As per the report, two vehicles crashed for unknown reasons. One of the vehicles was down an embankment, 20 feet off the roadway, following the crash.

An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the injured parties. One party was transported to Mercy Medical Center in Redding for treatment of severe injuries.
The name of the victim and their current condition were not immediately known.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
