1 Injured in Red Bluff Car Crash on 5 Freeway near Liberal Avenue
Red Bluff, California (January 18, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle collision that happened in Red Bluff on Monday morning.
The collision happened at about 7:38 a.m. in the southbound lanes of Interstate 5 Freeway near Liberal Avenue.
Two vehicles were involved in the crash. Although the manner in which the accident happened was not immediately established, one of the vehicles sustained major front-end damage in the collision.
As per the CHP incident logs, at least one person was injured in the accident and was transported to an area hospital for treatment in an unknown condition.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
