Rebecca Sparks Killed in National City Pedestrian Accident on Valley Road
National City, California (December 3, 2019) – 52-year-old Rebecca Sparks of Chula Vista has been identified as the female party who was struck and killed by a car in National City on Monday night, according to the authorities.
The fatal crash took place at about 9:15 p.m. December 2, on Valley Road near Calle Abajo.
Police said Sparks was walking to her parked car when she was hit by a passing vehicle for unknown reasons.

Sparks was sadly pronounced dead at the scene following the wreck.
The driver of the involved vehicle pulled over after the collision and cooperated with the authorities.
