Raymond Orchart ID’d as Man Killed in Burbank Pedestrian Crash at Buena Vista Street and Victory Boulevard
Burbank, California (March 22, 2021) – Raymond Orchart, 82, of Burbank, has been identified as the man who was hit and killed by a vehicle on Saturday night in Burbank, according to the coroner’s office.
The deadly pedestrian accident occurred at about 8:50 p.m., on March 20, at Buena Vista Street and Victory Boulevard.
According to the police, Orchart was struck by a vehicle on the roadway in unclear circumstances.

Sadly, Orchart was pronounced dead at the scene.
The involved driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
Traffic at the intersection was stopped for an unknown period due to the collision.
